The Foundation was established in 1983 for the purpose of receiving and administering charitable contributions to the Hospital. Through financial contributions, the Foundation supports the mission of the Hospital. Facility improvements, equipment purchases and education opportunities are a few of the areas funded by Foundation contributions that will benefit patients without affecting Hospital indebtedness, patient costs or public taxes.

The Foundation is in partnership with the hospital in its efforts to improve the health quality of people's lives. Through the year, many occasions arise for gifts. A donation to the Foundation could be to honor, remember or recognize those who have touched your life. It may symbolize a special event, such as an anniversary, a promotion, or a graduation.
